Mr.Sambhu P Sivalenka, a fourth-generation Promoter/CEO, with 10 years of techno-commercial work experience and educational background from leading organizations in USA. It is this rich experience that he brought forth to Amrutanjan making it the leader in the industry that it is today.

To Dr.Soundararajan "Soundar" Raman , a promise made is a promise kept. Post a Ph.D in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, he held several research positions in much-recognized Universities of Washington State, Purdue and Oklahoma. Serving in the area of CRAMS, he spent close to 8 years in leading Indian CRO organizations. He worked as Director (CRD) in Pfizer Animal Health Pharm.Sci. Division. He recently joined as the Business Head in the Fine Chemical Division of Amrutanjan, with a strong focus on Scientific Diligence and Operational Excellence as the core value in this business of chemistry services.

Dr.P.K.Agarwal, heads the Analytical R&D and QC department and has joined us recently from a leading API Manufacturer in India. His speciality includes Analytical method development,Method validation and implementing and maintaining GLP & Regulatory requirement in the Analytical division.

Mr.H.Baswaraj a chemical engineer heads Projects as well as the Engineering and EHS department. He has 20 years experience in various aspects of chemical manufacturing and his competencies include Project implementation, commissioning and qualifying cGMP plants,and safety aspects of a chemical plant design.

Mr.V.Jagan Mohan, a Post grad in Biotechnology handles our Supply Chain team, with 7 years experience in sourcing bulk and R&D chemicals, he brings with him a comprehensive knowledge of the various functions of the supply chain department and has a strong focus towards processes and systems.

Mr.K.Dhanasekhar, a MSc Tech in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from BITS Pilani heads our Production team, he has joined us with over 18 years of experience across various large MNCs. Under his innovative and sharp thinking leadership the production team at Pharmaessense is all set to scale new heights.

Mr.Sirish Bsmidipati an MBA grad from The University of Birmingham in International Business and a Six Sigma Black Belt is one of the youngest members of the team with 8 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in roles ranging from sales to customer relationship management. He brings with him international experience in business development and project management, with an ability to plan and execute project management strategies.

Dr.Gobind Singh Kapkoti who heads our R&D team hails from the foothills of the Himalayas and his approach to chemistry is as serene and composed as the place he hails from. He comes to Pharmaessense with over 16 years experience in process development and 24 process patents to his name. An accomplished chemist, with a hands on approach is a guiding force to our R&D team which is challenging itself and scaling new heights with every passing day.
